Spearheaded process enhancement initiatives, fostered organizational efficiency, and championed continuous professional growth among team members. Pioneered the development and enforcement of brand guidelines and creative standards, facilitating the creation of compelling lifestyle photography and video content for PDP, editorial, and marketing communications.
